We are excited to announce an opening for a Data Analyst, a role crucial for empowering our teams across marketing, sales, finance, and product departments by evangelizing data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

In your role, you will:

• Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and similar tools to support strategic decisions.
• Create and manage BI dashboards and reports across multiple departments using tools like Sisense, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Define, track, and report on key performance indicators while ensuring data accuracy through stringent governance practices.
• Conduct comprehensive data extraction, analysis, and presentation for strategic use by executive management.
• Play an active role in the design and implementation of system trials and enhancements to refine ongoing strategies.
• Enhance organizational data literacy, aiding in the training and development of analytics capabilities across teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of analytical experience in product-focused roles within the e-commerce or digital media sector.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel, with a strong foundation in Python or R.
• Experience in applying statistical methods to complex data sets, aimed at driving significant business decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
