As a Data Analyst in our competent team, you will be pivotal in delivering insights that drive our business forward. This entails analyzing data on market trends, customer behavior, and promotional effectiveness, subsequently providing strategic recommendations to enhance our commercial outcomes. Be ready to manipulate and visualize data, crafting reports that will influence decisions at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and synthesize product sales and market data
• Evaluate promotional campaigns and assess their success against KPIs
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports for strategic review
• Establish and maintain advanced tracking and reporting systems
• Engage with strategic partners both internally and externally to boost business intelligence

Who You Are

You are someone with 1-3 years of data analysis experience, possessing a BA/BS in business, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. Your analytical prowess is matched by your ability to communicate complex data in a comprehensible manner. Experience in the video game or entertainment industry is highly valued, along with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau.

Key Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
• Proficient in Tableau, Matplotlib, D3 for data visualization
• Familiarity with SQL, R, Python is advantageous

Compensation

The starting salary for this role ranges from $69,900 to $103,440 per year, with variations based on qualifications and experience. This compensation package includes potential bonuses and equity, alongside a spectrum of additional benefits.0.
