Purpose of the Role

As a Data Analyst Junior, you will analyze data to create solutions that address our customers’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze the performance of technologies and products, generating alerts as needed.
• Monitor product or solution progress to influence roadmaps.
• Share data insights and knowledge with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new business cases and innovative opportunities.
• Collect and build datasets for technology assessments.
• Support program teams with field performance analysis and accuracy issues.
• Assist operational teams in defining customized solutions for specific clients.
• Create algorithms, models, and prototypes using global datasets.
• Build scripts to clean datasets and measure performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in global environments.
• Experience in consulting and updating databases, dashboards, and Power BI.
• Educational background in Engineering or related fields.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential; DBA and Python are desirable.
• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is essential.
• Key soft skills: Communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
