Your Daily Responsibilities:

Business Partner:

  • Identify key performance indicators with team analysts and monitor them effectively.
  • Conduct analyses and communicate findings.
  • Boost the analytical maturity of your collaborators.

Analytics Engineer:

  • Provide optimal solutions for data needs.
  • Apply advanced mathematical methods in collaboration with data scientists.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure data availability.

Project Manager Support:

  • Assist data analysts on large-scale projects aligned with company goals.
  • Help coordinate internal and external collaborators.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and objective achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in engineering or a Master’s in mathematics/computer science.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Passionate about learning new scientific methods.
  • Proficient in SQL or eager to learn it swiftly.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity, creativity, proactivity, and open-mindedness.
  • Ability to generate and share ideas.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • PL/SQL programming
  • Proficiency in Qlikview or other BI tools
  • Programming in VBA, R, Python
  • Advanced knowledge of mathematics/statistics

Hiring Process:

  1. 30-minute Zoom conversation with Guillaume (Recruiter).
  2. 90-minute onsite
