Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst at Santander, you will:

• Prepare reports and analyses that support the achievement of business objectives.
• Translate business issues into analytical solutions.
• Present analysis results and recommendations, including changes in business processes.
• Prepare customer databases for selected survey studies.
• Collaborate with both IT teams and business units responsible for Consumer Finance products.

Our Expectations:

• At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis/reporting team.
• Higher education in Mathematics, Econometrics, Data Processing, Business, or Banking.
• Practical knowledge of data analysis using SQL and a programming language such as Python or R.
• Ability to create reports and analyses using data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment, precision, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
