Job Responsibilities

• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics to optimize efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary sources and maintain database systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets
• Clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to correct code issues
• Collaborate with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Maintain and support data analytics platforms (e.g., MicroStrategy)
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Experience with dashboards, visualizations, and reporting tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Kibana, or Mode
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases (SQL, etc.), and programming languages (XML, JavaScript, Python, or ETL frameworks)
• Proficiency in statistical packages for data analysis (Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)
• Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy
• Adept at query writing, reporting, and presenting findings
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics
• In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP, and ETL frameworks
