Data Analyst Position Available at Leading Insurance Company

Our client, a prominent player in the domestic and international insurance sector, is seeking a new colleague for the Data Analyst role, specializing in Sales Processes and Controlling!

Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

• Assessing, organizing, and standardizing sales business requirements.
• Translating sales business requirements into reports.
• Developing and visualizing reports using Power BI.
• Supporting the establishment of sales incentive elements.
• Creating models with SQL.
• Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing sales KPIs.
• Generating reports from the data warehouse and conducting business analysis for sales.
• Contributing to the Business Intelligence Competence Center.
• Supporting the enhancement of the sales data marketplace in the data warehouse.
• Standardizing data models.
• Overseeing and developing business processes related to data marketplace application operation.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

We need a colleague with an ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and strong collaboration skills, who has:

• A higher education degree (BSc, MSc) in IT and/or Economics.
• At least 1 year of experience in Power BI report development within the BI domain.
• Advanced user knowledge of the PL/SQL language.
• The ability to interpret business processes and concepts abstractly.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and analytical skills.
• At least an intermediate level of English proficiency.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Knowledge of Oracle-based data warehouses.
• Experience in data provisioning.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Insurance and economic knowledge.
