About the Marketing Analyst Role

As a pivotal member of our Marketing Analytics team, the Data Analyst is tasked with driving business growth by analyzing marketing campaigns, implementing advanced measurement strategies, and providing actionable insights. This collaborative role involves partnerships across Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to boost customer acquisition and enhance value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze marketing campaigns and customer data to derive actionable insights and tactical recommendations.
  • Investigate data anomalies and trends to identify their root causes.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to a diverse audience.
  • Develop and automate critical dashboards and reports for business decision-making.
  • Enhance marketing attribution models and measurement initiatives, including test planning and design.
  • Promote self-service analytics to empower stakeholders with high-level data exploration and analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 1-3+ years of analytical experience, proficient in complex SQL queries and data visualization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • In-depth experience with the latest analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Google BigQuery.
  • Keen understanding of marketing analytics, multi-touch attribution, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).
  • Background in web and app analytics tools, alongside familiarity with A/B testing and statistical experimentation.
  • Python skills are preferred, particularly in data handling and machine learning frameworks.
  • Strong communication, project management, and result-oriented skills.
