Join Our Team as an Experienced Data Analyst in Belgrade

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Litigation Products Team in Belgrade on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including product, strategy, content, and marketing teams, and play a crucial role in critical programs and large initiatives within our IP business.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

Our ideal candidate will have:

• At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL & PowerBI and/or Tableau for data visualization
• Proficiency in the English language

It would be advantageous if you also possess:

• Python data analysis skills
• Experience in data warehousing
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar degree in a quantitative science, or at least 4 years of equivalent work experience

What You Will Be Doing in This Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating SQL queries for data extraction
• Turning raw data into insights through data visualizations
• Creating spreadsheets and visual dashboards
• Supporting prospecting, webinars, presentations, and thought leadership
• Automating service deliveries
• Collaborating with the content team to ensure data quality
• Assisting IP litigation experts in service delivery
• Estimating workload and ensuring timely project delivery
• Maintaining up-to-date project trackers
• Providing internal feedback for quality and process improvements
• Performing data extraction and analysis for incident management

The Product You Will Be Supporting

You will be supporting the Litigation Products team (aka Darts-ip), which focuses on delivering unique litigation content across Clarivate platforms. The team is committed to ongoing research and development of new products and AI (machine learning models) to enhance this content.

About the Team

As a member of the Litigation Products team, you will support multiple products that leverage the Darts-ip dataset. Our team comprises around 10 members located in Asia (South Korea, India) and Europe (Portugal, Belgium, Serbia).

Hours of Work

This is a fixed-term, full-time position with core engagement hours within the CET time zone. This role is hybrid, requiring you to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
