AT A GLANCE As a Data Analyst for RVO Health, you have the autonomy to drive problem solving and offer expert analytical insights gathered through querying and transforming data. Our data analysts deeply understand our business and provide data solutions with advanced analytics, business intelligence, and data science to drive success, and enhance user experience. In this role, you will communicate, support, and strategize with business, technical, and data teams. You will function as a data-savvy consultant, narrating the data story by comprehending processes, resolving problems, and making business and marketing recommendations. Where You'll Be Given our emphasis on corporate culture, unity, and accountability, RVO Health operates under a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect our employees to work from our South Charlotte office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. However, you are free to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays, if you prefer. 1101 Red Ventures Dr Fort Mill, SC 29707 What You’ll Do - Use strategic insights derived from digital marketing, web event, sales, and coaching data to drive marketing investment and customer experience decisions - Use statistical tools to identify correlations, noise, and significance in data - Conduct advanced analytics using data from various applications and systems - Establish relationships with business teams and data science teams to uncover opportunities for in-depth analysis of customer behavior and site performance - Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards to democratize analytics - Collaborate with data science, data engineers, and business teams to build scalable and effective data products - Identify opportunities to use advanced analytics in developing new strategies and improving business performance What We’re Looking For - Minimum of 2 years of experience in complex business, digital, or marketing analysis role - Proficiency in visualization tools like Looker or Tableau - Extensive experience in building SQL queries through complex relational database - Experience in designing scalable data models and ETLs - Proven ability to solve problems with creativity and minimal guidance - Proven ability to condense data into impactful insights and communicate recommendations to leaders - Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a history of successful dealings with business stakeholders In compliance with various state Fair Pay Acts, here is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company.
