The Opportunity:

Join us at commercetools as a Data Analyst! In this vital role, you will enhance how we manage and utilize data, focusing on creating sophisticated Tableau dashboards to improve our internal operations. Note: We offer full remote work options in Valencia, Berlin, or Munich.

Your Mission:

Design and implement our BI solutions in Tableau, aligning with data protection standards, supporting data engineers, developing new data models, and tailoring BI solutions across various business units to create high-performance, customized dashboards. Additionally, you will analyze business processes and deliver actionable insights to optimize company performance and profitability.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Over 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, focusing on both analysis and administration
• Proven expertise in managing BI projects and implementing Tableau-based solutions
• Strong command of SQL and other data manipulation languages
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Fluency in English, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or basic programming in Python
