Job Description: Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Moniepoint, you will:

• Design, generate, and deliver insightful reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a Data Engineer to define data warehouse structure and requirements.
• Build dynamic dashboards and reports, working closely with relevant teams.
• Analyze large volumes of data to uncover valuable insights.

Required Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, which can be offset by significant accomplishments.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL.
• Expertise in a spreadsheet tool such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Looker, Tableau, Superset, or Redash.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Additional experience that would be advantageous:

• Data governance.
• Python or another scripting language.
• Version control tools such as Git.
