We're on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to enhance our Customer Data Intelligence team, focusing on deriving and delivering insights that support our Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Customer Success departments. This role is pivotal in planning, executing, and assessing customer initiatives that drive business growth.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Analyze and organize data to extract actionable insights.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data analysis and reporting.
• Utilize relational databases to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop segmented engagement models for a diverse and extensive customer base.
• Create informative visuals and dashboards to effectively present data insights.
• Address stakeholder needs by reporting on key metrics and providing answers to business questions.
• Enhance our customer analytics practices and advocate for insights-driven culture.
• Drive continuous improvement and solve complex, ambiguous problems with intellectual curiosity and logical thinking.
• Prioritize tasks in alignment with company objectives and effectively communicate these priorities to stakeholders.
• Engage in cross-team initiatives to foster a collaborative work environment.

Are You the Right Fit?

Ideal candidates should have:

• A BS degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Over 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within a tech environment.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in relational databases.
• Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with R/Python and machine learning frameworks is a beneficial addition.
• Excellent command of English.
