Job Title: Data Analyst - On-site | WORK AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED

Summary:

As a Data Analyst at Crown Equipment Corporation, you will provide valuable insights into business performance through detailed data analysis and statistical methods. Your role involves data integrity checks, handling external market data, and presenting findings that aid in decision-making and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data for various customer and market analysis requests using diverse data sources.
  • Focus on areas such as customer sales history, market trends, and performance analytics to uncover growth opportunities and enhance customer intelligence.
  • Create and present detailed reports and dashboards that reflect data accuracy and provide actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop business performance metrics and enhance report usability for ongoing and future projects.
  • Continuously strive to improve reporting processes, ensuring the security and efficiency of data handling.
  • Propose data-driven solutions to management and undertake the training of internal and external teams on various analytical processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science. Relevant experience of less than 2 years is acceptable.
  • Candidates without a degree but having more than 12 years of related experience, along with a high school diploma or GED, will also be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in customer/marketing analytics within a B2B or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient with database tools and business intelligence software such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
