As a Data Analyst working in the Online Store tribe, you will be instrumental in utilizing data to guide product development, improve the overall customer experience, and enable data-driven decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to set product KPIs and construct data models that gauge the effectiveness of product strategies and are in alignment with our business objectives.
- Steering the product lifecycle with data-driven insights, quantitative analyses, and practical recommendations.
- Building reports, dashboards, and presentations to promote a data-driven culture.
- Establishing and maintaining strong connections with stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Data Platform, and Marketing departments.
- Designing and implementing scalable data models, providing consistent and precise reporting and analytics support, and enabling others to generate reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Over 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Over 3 years of experience with SQL.
- Experience with data processing tools and warehouses such as dbt Cloud and Snowflake Data Cloud.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker Studio.
- Experience with Google Analytics & Firebase.
- Familiarity with BI is a plus.
- Python experience is preferred but not mandatory.
