What You’ll Do

Collaborative Solution Development: Interface with global teams to design and assess data solutions that meet dynamic business needs. Your role involves engaging stakeholders for requirements gathering, steering strategic initiatives through data insights and sustaining effective communication across various teams.

Data Analysis and Insights: Dive deep into transactional and partnerships data to unearth actionable insights that drive performance improvements and product enhancement. Your analytical prowess will be key in optimizing our global partnerships.

Strategic Leadership: Leverage comprehensive data insights to shape and lead partnership strategies around the globe. You will be instrumental in supporting the development of these strategies through your expert analysis.

Problem Solving and Impact-Oriented: Proactively identify new opportunities and drive significant growth by developing robust data models and conducting sophisticated statistical analyses.

Tool Development: Innovate and build invaluable tools that add structural value, enhancing data accessibility and usability across teams.

Who You Are

Experienced Data Analyst: You bring about 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, harnessing both technical skills and strategic thinking.

Technical Expertise: Highly proficient in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in BI tools like Looker. Familiarity with big data tools like PySpark, Hadoop, and Airflow is advantageous.

Global Mindset: You're capable of seamless integration with a diverse, multicultural team, maintaining open communication and collaboration across all levels.

Innovative and Proactive: Known for your 'launch fast and iterate' approach; you're not just solving problems but also identifying them ahead of others.

Good to Know

This full-time role is based in our Amsterdam office and involves a hybrid work arrangement. You'll be expected to be in the office at least three days a week with a scope that spans across EMEA, North America, and Latin America.
