Job Opportunity: Data Analyst - Pricing

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing hypotheses to boost revenue and profitability alongside business owners.
• Implement and monitor pricing A/B tests, integrating successful outcomes into production.
• Evaluate the business impact of pricing algorithms via detailed dashboards and reports.
• Ensure the smooth functioning of production solutions.
• Regularly monitor key metrics, identifying and addressing deviations from expected values.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• 3+ years in an analytics-focused role; e-commerce experience is a plus.
• BA in Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant pricing optimization experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and basic statistical knowledge.
• Understanding of orchestrators and writing DAGs (preferably Airflow).
• Knowledgeable in Power BI (Power Query, Power Pivot, Power View, DAX).
• Familiarity with Fast API is a plus.
• Capable of handling large data sets and drawing actionable business insights.

Soft Skills

• Good grasp of marketing and business processes in e-commerce.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize company operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on independent fact-finding.
• Proactive about continuous learning and professional skill enhancement.
