Role Overview: Data Analyst, Product Strategy (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Bumble Inc. is looking for a skilled Product Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role involves collaborating closely with senior stakeholders and the Product Strategy Manager to provide data-driven insights that guide strategic decision-making. You will focus on areas such as strategic planning, statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization, as well as executive dashboard reporting and in-depth product analyses.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid background in product analytics, and is passionate about contributing to Bumble Inc.’s mission of fostering kind connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytical roadmaps to inform long-term product strategy.
  • Ensure the delivery of actionable insights on product strategy, automate decision-making processes, and provide scalable analytical solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted partner and analytical authority within your domain, dedicated to specific initiatives and projects.
  • Build and manage self-serve data tools and resources to empower team members and stakeholders in their decision-making processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • A graduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Information Sciences, Economics, Finance, or a relevant STEM field. PhD and Masters degrees are welcomed.
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial analytics, particularly within high-data-volume industries such as tech, dating, social gaming, or financial services.
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, advanced analytics, and data engineering essential for automating insights and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency with analytical tools like Python, SQL, visualisation tools such as Looker/Tableau, and data science frameworks like Streamlit, Count, or Kubeflow.
