About the Role

As a Data Analyst in our dynamic Product Team, you will be instrumental in leveraging analytics to influence product strategies. Your role involves a blend of research, data analysis, and solution implementation that directly impacts our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product usage and performance to deliver actionable insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to enhance product development.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs and visualize data insights.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams to define analytical requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends to keep our processes and tools at the cutting edge.
• Support a culture of analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization.

Who We Need

• 3+ years experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL, along with proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Looker or Tableau.
• A detail-oriented mindset and a keen interest in complex project execution.
• Familiarity with the startup environment and a passion for the fintech industry.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Knowledge of French or other European languages is a plus.
