About the Role: Data Analyst – Professional Services

CrowdStrike is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Professional Services team. This role involves gathering, transforming, and analyzing data to provide crucial insights to key stakeholders for informed business decisions. Your responsibilities will include creating reports, maintaining data quality, and supporting strategic decision-making and operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand stakeholders' data needs and recommend improvements to data sources and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create impactful data visualizations.
  • Ingest data into the CrowdStrike data warehouse, maintaining compliance throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain data transformations, datasets, dashboards, reports, and queries.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Complete recurring tasks related to data snapshots, audits, and project statuses.
  • Lead data migration projects across systems and tools.
  • Implement and maintain a data quality framework to ensure consistent and accurate data.
  • Communicate data trends and insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance and training on data warehouse tools to team members.
  • Create comprehensive documentation related to data management, including a data dictionary, KPI playbook, and dataset details.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization, particularly with SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
  • Proven ability to create and present effective data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Preferred experience with Jira and Salesforce.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $85,000 - $135,000 per year, plus variable/incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Salary is determined by factors like relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location.
