About The Role
As a Data Analyst in the Early Learning and Child Care (ELCC) Initiatives, you will report to the Manager of Data Analysis and Reporting. Your primary goal is to collect, analyze, and prepare reports to measure the outcomes and effectiveness of ELCC initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Complex data collection, extraction, and reporting for ELCC initiatives.
- Analyzing trends and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Evaluating data sources for integrity and accuracy.
- Developing strategies for measuring key outcomes and indicators.
- Responding to ad hoc data requests.
- Implementing innovative data collection and analysis methodologies.
- Leading the creation of new datasets for both internal and external use.
- Providing expertise on ELCC data analytics for decision-making.
