Job Description

The Digital and Data team helps the organization build service delivery excellence through quality data management and reporting.

Join our team and be in charge of maintaining data models, integrating complex datasets, and developing data capture applications. You'll create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, providing valuable insights and highlighting potential risks.

Your attention to detail will be evident as you prepare data extracts and perform comprehensive validation and quality assurance analysis.

Your creativity and implementation skills will be appreciated as you contribute to improving data collection processes, automation, and report generation.

You will use your excellent communication skills when collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into non-technical solutions. Building effective relationships with stakeholders will be crucial for continuous collaboration and development.

Qualifications

  • Data visualization report development training or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
  • Data warehousing or database development qualifications or equivalent experience (highly regarded)
  • Data Science or Data Analysis certification or equivalent experience (highly regarded)

Experience and Knowledge

  • Experience with Microsoft enterprise data model systems, i.e., SQL Server, Power Platform
  • Significant work experience in data analytics demonstrating a high level ability to model, interpret, and analyze data
  • Experience working closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of database development and application interface design
  • Experience developing dashboards and visualizing data, i.e., Power BI
