• Proactively discover and communicate areas for improvement, driving enhancements in business performance and efficiency.
• Support the maintenance and accuracy of the data warehouse, ensuring exemplary data integrity and normalization.
• Develop and refine analytical tools and reports, aiding in troubleshooting and system evaluations.
• Cultivate comprehensive data management strategies, including data storage, mining, and cleansing.
• Engage with stakeholders to define business needs and translate complex datasets into understandable and actionable information.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate will bring a robust analytical skillset paired with a proactive spirit and collaborative mindset. Your qualifications:

• Experienced professional with a background in Data Analysis or Business Data Analysis.
• A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
• Proficient in SQL, JavaScript, XML, or ETL frameworks; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SSRS Reports.
• Strong competency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, and SAS.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for varied audiences.
• A track record of successful collaboration in team settings.
