The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our ML team. In this role, you will uncover insights from diverse data sources, create dashboards to monitor model performances, and analyze data that will directly influence machine learning product decisions. This position is fundamental in our efforts to harness the power of data to drive decision-making and business strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive metrics, monitoring, and alert systems to detect and address regressions in model behavior.
• Utilize SQL and large data systems like Spark and Trino, alongside visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma, to create impactful reports and dashboards.
• Analyze statistical data to identify and solve problems impacting ML projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product outcomes and technological advancements.

Required Skills:

• Minimum three years experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient in SQL with a strong understanding of Data Warehouses.
• Skilled in developing monitoring systems and dashboards.
• Experience in Python scripting and a basic understanding of git and bash commands.
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts preferred.
