Role Overview

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Data Analyst who thrives on partnering with clients to enhance their data analysis and reporting processes. You will gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring data integrity and addressing discrepancies. Your role will also involve developing data dashboards and visual aids to facilitate informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to document data requirements for analysis and reporting.
• Collect data from primary and secondary sources, adhering to best practices in data management.
• Work with large datasets to perform complex data analysis.
• Correct errors and inconsistencies in data sets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and relationships.
• Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and charts to support decision-making.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of experience with databases or data platforms.
• 2+ years of experience capturing data requirements and analyzing data.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization technologies such as Power BI.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements.
• Able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with Palantir.
• Experience defining, documenting, and implementing business processes and software requirements.
• Proficiency with software tools like Palantir, SharePoint, ServiceNow, JIRA, MS Office, etc.
• Experience producing regular reporting deliverables for various audiences.
• Expertise in data-driven storytelling and data visualization techniques.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $57,737.00 - $98,153.00, determined by factors including relevant experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, and specific contract provisions.
