In this role, you will work directly with product managers and executives on the client side based in the San Francisco Bay area. We are looking for someone who excels at problem-solving, understands the internet/app business model, and can evaluate and propose optimized, data-driven solutions.
You'll report directly to CEO Piyanka Jain, a respected thought leader in data analytics. Training will be provided on our exclusive BADIR framework, which Fortune 100 companies are implementing for quick deployment of data analysis and data science projects.
Job Requirements:
1. Work directly with client’s product, operations, and analytics team to resolve product, user experience, and feature-related problems.
2. Use data to understand business and product usage, generating insights applicable to product and business strategies.
3. Collaborate with executives, product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers to convert data insights into smarter decisions and applications.
4. Establish and manage KPIs gauging business health, product performance, and customer experience quality.
5. Create dashboards and reporting processes to monitor business and product trends.
6. Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices for applying data insights to business queries.
7. Conduct analyses and build models to identify opportunities and drive growth.
8. Design and analyze experiments, communicate results, and drive decisions.
Qualifications:
1. Solid problem-solving skills and confidence,
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional partners to build the business,
3. Well-developed Decision Science skills, and the ability to contribute to business discussions and aid leadership in decision making,
4. Minimum of 3 years' experience as an analyst,
5. AB Testing experience preferred,
6. Minimum of 3 years' experience writing effective and efficient SQL queries,
7. Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied maths, operations research, engineering, finance or business intelligence.
Please note this role requires mandatory overlap with clients in the US from 8 am - 1 pm PST.
