This role works directly with the client's product managers and executives based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We seek individuals who enjoy problem-solving, understand the internet/app business model, and can consider product/feature/UX experiences and suggest optimal data-driven solutions.
The chosen analyst will work closely with our CEO, Piyanka Jain, a prominent leader in data analytics. The analyst will gain mentorship in BADIR, a proprietary framework, gaining widespread adoption by Fortune 100 companies for swift implementation of data analytics and data science projects.
Requirements
- Work directly with the clients' product, operations, and analytics teams to address issues concerning the product, user experience, and features.
- Utilize data to understand the industry and product usage, developing insights that apply to the product and business strategy.
- Collaborate with executives, product managers, engineers, marketing professionals, and designers to translate data insights into smarter decisions and applications.
- Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure business health, product performance, and quality of customer experience.
- Create dashboards and reporting processes to track business and product trends.
- Develop frameworks, tools, and best practices for applying data insights toward business queries.
- Conduct analyses and create models that identify opportunities and promote growth.
- Design and analyze experiments, communicate results, and drive decision-making.
Required Qualifications :
- Confident with strong problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build the business.
- Strong decision-making skills and the ability to not only listen but also provide business input and support leadership in making decisions
- Three or more years of experience as an analyst.
- Experience with AB Testing is preferred
- Three or more years of experience in writing structured and efficient SQL queries to address real business problems.
- Degree in a quantitative field like statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering, finance, or business intelligence.
This role requires a mandatory overlap with clients in the US from 8 am - 1 pm PST.
