About the Role

Join Power Factors as a Data Analyst in our Customer Success department in the Greater Montreal Area, remotely. You will be an integral part of the CS Operations team, reporting directly to the Director of Customer Success Operations. This position is pivotal in equipping our Customer Success team with the necessary data and tools to scale effectively and efficiently deliver value to our clients. As the data expert, you will lead in ensuring data integrity and optimal data architecture, driving continuous improvements.=p>

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain integrations and data processes (ETL) vital for monitoring and managing customer interactions and health within our Customer Success applications stack.
  • Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and statistical relevance of our data, including performance indicators and customer health metrics.
  • Design, develop, and support necessary tools and applications for Customer Success Managers, focusing on applications such as Gainsight.
  • Participate actively in QA testing, and encourage best practices within the team.
  • Identify and lead process improvements and other projects crucial to enhancing operational efficiency.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A university degree or equivalent in Data Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with diverse data types and analytical tools, including proficiency in SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Eagerness to learn new applications and digital tools swiftly.
  • Exceptional accountability and skills in planning and execution to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
