About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Customer Success Operations team at Power Factors. This essential role involves working closely with the Director of Customer Success Operations and contributing to a team that provides critical data support to our Customer Success group. As a Data Analyst, you will be a key player in ensuring data integrity and developing tools to enhance our customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee ETL processes for customer success applications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of performance indicators and health scores.
  • Develop and support applications and tools for Customer Success Managers.
  • Participate in QA testing and engage in continuous improvement efforts.
  • Drive developments in data practices, hygiene, and architecture.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • A university degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience with diverse data types and analytic tools such as SQL and Python.
  • Capability to quickly master new technologies including APIs and digital tools.
  • Strong planning, accountability, and execution skills focused on timely deliverables.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
