Key Responsibilities

The Data Analyst 2 will:

• Utilize advanced knowledge of data, modeling, and optimization tools to predict behavior and optimize programs.
• Develop and validate models to improve program outcomes and quality.
• Contribute to innovative financial modeling approaches by understanding business contexts.
• Analyze complex data and communicate insights to various units within the company.
• Make independent decisions on work methods in ambiguous situations with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 - 5 years of data analysis experience
• Proficiency in problem-solving, research, and analysis tools
• Experience with data mining and predictive modeling to drive business decisions
• Strong attention to detail
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Six Sigma certification
• Proficiency in technologies such as SAS, SQL, R, Python, QlikView, Tableau, Hadoop, or similar tools

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this full-time (40 hours per week) position is between $65,000 - $89,500 per year. Actual pay will vary based on geographic location, skills, experience, education, and certifications.
