Data Analyst - Sales & Operations

About the Role

Our Program Management department is brimming with channel data, and we need your expertise to transform this abundance of information into actionable insights. As a Data Analyst, you will ensure that HARMAN leadership and stakeholders have access to precise and reliable channel data, while actively collaborating with our regional sales teams to enhance data quality across the board.

Your role is crucial in developing new reports, enhancing data processes, and promoting the proficient use of our Business Intelligence tools throughout the company. This opportunity is perfect for those who are not only skilled in data handling but also passionate about mentoring others in data proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time, accurate, and complete data compliance metrics for customers.
• Manage data enrichment processes and conduct detailed data anomaly analysis.
• Develop automated channel data reporting and support the broader application of channel data insights.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across regions to enhance the quality of customer data.
• Become a leading advocate for our Qlik Business Intelligence tools, providing support in reporting and data visualization.
• Assist in various analytics projects and support the development of business cases for analytics applications.

What You Need

• A minimum of 5 years experience in roles such as Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong familiarity with analytical tools, database management, and data visualization development.
• Knowledge of, or a strong willingness to learn, basic programming skills.
• Previous experience in a project-driven environment; familiarity with the Qliksense ecosystem is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus.
