Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing data tied to the CMS Premium Stabilization Program.
  • Defining reporting requirements and formulating methodologies for efficient data collection and analysis.
  • Evaluating system and network performances to propose necessary enhancements.
  • Constructing, organizing, and interpreting data to address system requirements.
  • Presenting insightful data briefings to internal teams and CMS stakeholders.
  • Contributing expertise in technical meetings and providing support on system implementations.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Classification, Data Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with data science tools like Python, R, or Matlab.
  • Experience in managing Salesforce data migrations and designing reports using Salesforce Visual Force.
  • Capable of translating technical requirements into non-technical terms.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills:

Candidates with prior experience in the healthcare service industry, particularly with CMS, and hands-on experience with Tableau will have a distinct advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500 based on experience and location. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package including a variety of medical and dental plans, vision plan, 401(k) options, generous paid time off, and a suite of insurance options intended to secure your health and financial wellbeing.
