Role Overview: Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at Truecaller, you will unveil the hidden potentials within vast data holdings, aiding in smarter decision-making and spotlighting opportunities. Your main tasks will involve crafting comprehensive dashboards, publishing insights, and occasionally managing data collection. Focused on data visualization, statistical analysis, and building top-quality user demographics and interaction funnels, you will also develop pipelines to streamline the data collection, cleaning, and aggregation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement expertise in quantitative analysis and data visualization to improve user interaction with our core products.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to address challenges and spot trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to oversee product performance.
• Analyze large datasets to draw actionable insights for product enhancements.
• Create automated data pipelines for efficient data gathering and analysis.

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis, ideally within a product-focused company.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Spark.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
• Independent project management skills, from conception to execution.
• Practical knowledge in applying statistics, understanding A/B testing, and handling large and distributed datasets.

Desirable Extras

• Experience in product-based startups.
• Competent scripting and programming capabilities.
