Position Summary

As a Data Analyst at Pereira O’Dell, you will harness complex data sets to drive strategy and creativity across media platforms. This hybrid role, based ideally in the NY / tri-state area, integrates deep analytical prowess with cutting-edge insight generation, focusing on both organic and paid media. Remote work possibilities are subject to discussion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop KPIs and execute comprehensive monitoring plans for dynamic media campaigns.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to gather, report, and visualize data, facilitating strategic adjustments and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with publishing partners and internal teams to optimize content delivery and performance.
  • Present insightful and visually compelling reports to stakeholders and clients, highlighting actionable intelligence derived from data analysis.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics within a dynamic agency or brand environment.
  • Proficiency in social listening and analytic tools such as Brandwatch, Meltwater, and Sprinklr.
  • Strong presentation skills, capable of translating complex data sets into clear and impactful stories.
  • Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau and Power Bi is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with market research tools like Kantar Millward-Brown and Nielsen.

Salary & Benefits
