Role Overview

This pivotal role will collaborate closely with client-facing teams, leadership, and various business units, implementing industry best practices and employing advanced technologies. You will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and deriving insights from large, complex data sets to effectively support decision-making and strategic business initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Develop, test, and deploy various reports, dashboards, and data visualizations, ensuring decision-makers have access to key metrics.
• Design compelling data stories using Tableau to convey complex information and foster insight-driven strategies.
• Create efficient data management workflows in Alteryx to streamline and enhance data transformation processes.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends and provide solutions for strategic business needs.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analytics platforms.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to understand requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.

As part of the Client Coverage Group's Sales Analytics team at SSGA, entrusted with managing over $3.6 trillion in assets, you'll be joining a dynamic team dedicated to leveraging information to underpin decision-making and realize business opportunities. Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4-7 years of progressive experience in BI and data analytics.
• Demonstrable expertise in developing solutions with Alteryx and Tableau.
• Background in financial services or asset management, particularly with direct sales analytics experience.
• Experience with Python and database management is a plus, though not mandatory.
