Join CACI as a Data Analyst in our Tech Refresh team. You'll play a crucial role in supporting our Enterprise IT (EIT) capabilities and functions for our Intelligence Community (IC) customer. This global initiative encompasses operations, engineering, and future technologies, including Tier 2/3 support, break/fix, and tech refresh activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Tech Refresh data analysis under this contract.
• Provide system data and process improvement recommendations to automate Tech Refresh operations and data management.
• Conduct data assessments to support future Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and Defense Intelligence Enterprise growth.
• Utilize statistical tools to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Assign numerical values to business functions to evaluate and compare performance over time.
• Analyze trends that impact the organization and the industry.
• Prepare trend and prediction reports for management based on relevant data.
• Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and management to identify process improvement opportunities and data governance strategies.
• Create final analysis reports for stakeholders to inform decision-making processes.
• Manage projects independently with limited supervision.
• Influence system design, solutions, and procedures across teams.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or computer science.
• At least 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proven experience in data collection, extraction, integration, cleaning, and modeling.
• Expertise in data management, engineering, and science.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with ability to obtain a CI polygraph.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, conflict management, and critical thinking skills.

Pay Range:

Our salary offers are influenced by factors such as geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories, wage rates, relevant work experience, skills, competencies, education, and certifications. We provide a competitive compensation package with a national average salary range for this position of $95,500–$210,100.
