Ubisoft is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our TG Quality Foundations team. This role is pivotal in analyzing player data to enhance user experiences across various platforms including consoles, mobile devices, and the Web. As part of an Agile team, you will drive improvements and influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Identify and utilize relevant data sources to gather, analyze, and ensure the quality and accuracy of data.
• Communicate analytical results effectively to highlight key insights for decision-making.
• Develop and implement action plans in collaboration with various teams, monitoring the outcomes of recommended strategies.
• Publish, manage, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other necessary analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and manage dashboards to track and visualize data.
• Create and refine processes to automate and optimize operations.
• Develop analytical models for scenario testing to guide strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders across community management, marketing, monetization, production, and technical operations to support data-driven decisions.
• Perform all other duties as assigned related to data analysis and operational efficiency.

Key Areas of Focus

KPIs for Director-Level Decision Making (50%)

• Partner with product management teams to pinpoint strategic objectives and clarify key priorities.
• Define and align KPIs at the director level with overall goals of production, engines, and partners.
• Develop and maintain reporting systems to provide ongoing updates on KPIs, aiding directors in making well-informed decisions.
• Regularly evaluate and refine KPIs to adapt to evolving user interactions and organizational requirements.

Strategic Data for Production & Partners (TGQF) (50%)

• Deliver metrics to assess engineering process effectiveness, focusing on quality.
• Design and implement tools for automating data collection and reporting on quality engineering metrics.
• Ensure quality metrics are aligned with the broader organizational objectives through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
