Role Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to join our Data Science Team (Risk Department). As an integral part of the team, you will support all areas of DataOps by delivering regular and ad-hoc data reporting, dashboarding, and analysis. Proficiency in creating self-service reports using common BI tools is essential. Additionally, a passion for developing robust automated solutions and data products to enhance data delivery efficiency and reliability is crucial.

Your Future Challenges

• Develop and maintain scalable solutions to automate the execution and delivery of regular data requests.
• Create, maintain, and manage reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs across various domains.
• Optimize existing reporting and dashboarding solutions and seek process improvement opportunities.
• Model and restructure data to support reporting and analytics needs.
• Enhance existing data models by refactoring and expanding them according to business requirements.
• Actively participate in data governance initiatives to foster best practices in data management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
• Expertise in Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.).
• Good understanding of a scripting language like Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
• English at a minimum of B2 level.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a STEM-related study program.
• Ability to wrangle data from multiple sources.
• Experience with version control (Git).
• Familiarity with ELT/ETL processes and data modeling.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, etc.).
• Experience with orchestration tools.
