Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Pipecare Group, your core duties will involve:

• Monitoring and approving tool performance during the Pipe-to-Tool Transfer (PTT).
• Ensuring high-quality data output from Inline Inspection (ILI) runs.
• Performing detailed analyses of Caliper, Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), and Transverse Field Inspection (TFI) data.
• Coordinating and executing dig verification tasks, and preparing associated reports.
• Reviewing software interfaces and user manuals.
• Developing and reviewing Data Analysis Department (DAD) quality documentation.
• Providing precise tool sensitivity values for inclusion in Tool Checklists.
• Generating specific run assessment reports and preliminary/final technical reports.
• Ensuring data synchronization and responding to discrepancies or software issues.
• Updating procedural documentation and standardizing quality procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (GIS, Petrochemical, or Pipeline Integrity preferred).
• Experience in database development and implementation.
• Strong ability in process analysis and development of functional specifications.
• Experience managing large and complex database systems.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Minitab, and SPSS.
• Excellent numerical skills and the ability to process information logically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
