Job Description: Data Analyst in Berlin (Permanent Position)

Be a part of the energy transition! We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Asset Performance Management team in Berlin. In this role, you will monitor and optimize the performance of our generation portfolio and distribution network. Your expertise will help us make the most out of our data.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Cross-departmental development and maintenance of data models
  • Analysis, optimization, conclusion, and presentation of results while identifying interconnections
  • Conduct Big Data analyses to uncover new insights
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of results and develop benchmarks
  • Present your findings using tools such as PowerBI dashboards or Excel
  • Coordinate results with asset managers and oversee implementation of measures

Your Qualifications:

  • A completed university degree in business informatics, engineering, mathematics, energy technology, or a related field
  • Comfortable with handling large volumes of data and identifying dependencies and relationships
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present your findings effectively
  • Interest in the energy sector, ideally with initial practical experience
  • Proficiency in data modeling, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other O365 tools
  • Programming skills in languages such as Python and SQL are highly desirable
  • Experience with traditional and/or agile project management is an advantage
  • Fluent in both German and English
