Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to enhance our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a robust background in analytics, ready to dive deep into business requirements, define KPIs, and convert them into strategic actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with stakeholders to gauge business objectives and convert these into comprehensive analytical requirements.
• Documenting and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various business initiatives.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor these KPIs.
• Using your advanced SQL skills to manage data extraction and manipulation from multiple sources.
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses to discover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Presenting complex findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
• Working alongside cross-functional teams to promote and implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proven track record as a Business Analyst or similar role, particularly in analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into analytical frameworks.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in other programming languages like Python or R is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
