Job Description

The SI DATA/BI (Business Intelligence) NPM team consists of 3 people. They primarily work on three BI tools:

• Business Object
• Tableau Software
• Power BI, including Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Query, Power Automate, etc.)

The team's goal is to ensure the daily functioning of the Information System and deliver updates respecting the cost/quality/deadline triptych.

The intern will contribute to development and data analysis missions on IT projects dedicated to Nexity Property Management (rental management, financial management, technical management, associated reporting).

Responsibilities include:

• Completing BI projects with business support in drafting requirements.
• Estimating project costs and planning.
• Developing BI solutions within the planned timelines.
• Tracking incidents and maintaining existing BI states.
• Monitoring action plans to continuously improve IT services offered to NPM users and businesses (technological watch).
• Working autonomously while effectively communicating and collaborating within the BI team.
• Investing in gaining a good functional understanding of NPM businesses.

Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Are a student with a BAC+3 minimum in internal control, risk management, financial audit, or financial analysis.
• Are comfortable with IT systems and understanding workflows.
• Have a good level of oral and written expression.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and active listening qualities.
• Possess strong analytical and modeling abilities.
• Are motivated, rigorous, and curious.
