We are looking for a talented Data Analyst in Operations Performance to enhance our Group Operations Performance team.

About the Role

The Group Operations Performance team, part of our Group Customer division, specializes in evaluating operational business data, conducting deep analysis, and reporting findings. In an agile product environment, we develop planning and control tools to support operational area heads in Austria and the Shared Service Center, providing consultative and operational assistance.

As a key player in the UNIQA Group, you will collaborate with local units to develop and implement performance metrics to manage the group, providing consulting and execution support in Operations Performance projects.

What You Will Do

• Receive structured onboarding guided by experienced colleagues
• Generate ad-hoc evaluations and automate regular reports using SAS
• Develop and improve internal standards
• Interpret, visualize, and communicate analysis results, especially using Power BI
• Contribute to various projects within UNIQA Group
• Work closely with our internal clients to fine-tune requirements and solutions

What We Expect

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience or interest in programming, especially SAS
• Skills in data visualization, e.g., MS Power BI
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in both German and English
• Insurance industry knowledge, SQL basics, statistics skills, documentation standards, and experience with relational databases or artificial intelligence are advantageous
