Job Opportunity: Data Analyst (PowerBI Developer) - Hybrid

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst responsible for evaluating complex data systems and programs to support both ad-hoc and ongoing business needs. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to ensure data accuracy, quality, and presentation geared toward solid business decisions. Key technical skills required include PowerBI, DAX, and SQL. Additional preferred skills are PowerApps and Power Automate.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
• Examine data quality, applications, and functions.
• Research new data sources and analytical tools.
• Contribute to product development and enhancement in presentation and delivery.
• Stay updated with issues and events impacting Imagine and its clients.
• Utilize and support database applications and analytical tools.
• Accurately interpret data utilizing domain knowledge.
• Develop robust methodologies for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
• Create insightful information from diverse data sources.
• Collaborate with management and clients to understand product specifications.
• Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver data products in various formats as per management and client timelines.
• Identify system or process issues and engage the team to solve them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, DAX, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work methodically and logically.
• Team collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Understanding of the industry or domain specific to the company.
• Knowledge of business processes and capability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits

The national pay range for this role is $75,000 - $95,000/year, with potential variations based on geographic location, education, skills, experience, performance, and other factors. Our total compensation package may also include participation in bonus, commission, or incentive programs. We offer an array of benefits, including:
