Position Overview: Data Analytics Analyst - Marketing Performance

As a pivotal part of our Marketing Performance Organization, our Marketing Analytics team acts as the authoritative hub for performance insights and strategic intelligence. We ensure the precision, quality, and speed of our analyses to support the effectiveness and optimization of marketing endeavors. In this vital role, you will contribute by harnessing robust data to draw actionable insights and drive our marketing strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and summarize business, customer, and economic data to enhance decision-making in marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytical frameworks to derive important metrics and provide insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver detailed analytics to articulate campaign performance across multiple marketing channels, drawing qualitative and quantitative relationships.
  • Generate and oversee self-service dashboards and custom reports, responding to ad-hoc requests to aid tactical and strategic decisions.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL, with the ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Strong background in Tableau or similar platforms for creating comprehensive data visualizations.
  • Proven ability in applying analytical outcomes to create compelling stories and business recommendations using slide decks or verbal presentations.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and metrics, ideally with prior experience in marketing or sales strategy analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a passion for data and analysis.
