As a Data Analytics Engineer II, you will be pivotal in developing KPIs, dashboards, and process maps that track productivity and impact business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into sophisticated modeling solutions.
• Develop, prototype, and launch effective dashboards and analytical models.
• Lead problem-solving sessions and collaborate with data scientists and experts to refine analytics models.
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
• Create user-friendly dashboards and uphold best practices in business process mapping.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Data Analytics Engineer in an operations/business environment with a proven record of success.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, proficient in SQL/Snowflake.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Tableau/PBI is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and 2-3 years of project management experience, familiar both with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Training / Certifications

• Advanced Business Translator.
• Data Scientist (Basic and Advanced levels).
• Preferable to have a 6 Sigma Green Belt certification.
