The Role: Data Analytics Manager

We're looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead our data strategies and contribute directly to enhancing our technological provisions. This crucial role involves both hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities, including mentoring a talented team of engineers and analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Engineers and Analysts, guiding them in technical and analytical strategies.
• Design and implement scalable data solutions to bolster business operations.
• Enhance data infrastructure to meet cross-functional needs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Advocate for best practices in data governance and implement continuous improvement efforts.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering or analytics, preferably within healthcare technology.
• At least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and various programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with modern data processing tools and cloud platforms.
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to take a hands-on approach to challenges.
