Data Analytics Product Manager at HEINEKEN Vietnam
Job Purpose:
Join the dynamic D&T department at HEINEKEN International, where technology meets innovation to propel HEINEKEN ahead of the competition. As a Data Analytics Product Manager in our APAC Data & Analytics Hub, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our analytics capabilities across the region. You will lead the crafting and implementation of analytics solutions, bridging functional and analytical domains to enhance business value through data insights.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics Product Development
- Lead the full product lifecycle from inception to launch, aligning product vision with market demands and strategic goals.
- Formulate detailed product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams— including data scientists, engineers, and UX designers—to drive product excellence in an agile setting.
- Engage key stakeholders through transparent communication, ensuring alignment and optimization of product development.
- Continuously analyze competitive landscapes to maintain and enhance product leadership.
Analytics Product Deployment
- Facilitate seamless product rollout in collaboration with various teams, incorporating effective change management strategies.
- Develop crucial relationships with stakeholders to align product solutions with business objectives.
- Support customer-facing teams in creating training and support materials to maximize product uptake and effectiveness.
- Utilize performance metrics and user feedback to refine and optimize product outputs.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 8 years in product, technology, consulting, or analytics roles with a minimum of 3 years in management.
Core Skills
- Exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience overseeing the lifecycle of successful products, from inception through to post-launch optimization.
- Fluency in English and local language, with high competency in MS Office.
Preferred Skills
- Background in data analysis, machine learning, or related fields.
- Technical proficiency with SQL and Azure.
- Experience in large-scale software development environments (CI/CD).
- Prior exposure to the FMCG/Beverage Industry.
