About the Role

The Data Analytics Specialist plays a crucial role within our Global Automation Team, focusing on key service lines including Purchase to Pay, Accounts to Report, Customer Invoice to Cash, Contracting, and Human Resources. Your tasks will involve analyzing data, developing dashboards, and generating KPIs using both transactional and non-transactional data from diverse ERP and workflow systems. With these tools, you will empower decision-makers throughout the organization by turning complex data into actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Data Analytics Specialist include:

  • Designing and implementing KPI dashboards to enhance business process efficiencies and compliance.
  • Identifying requirements for data analysis and collecting necessary data.
  • Performing data cleaning and analyzing, manipulating, and interpreting collected data.
  • Maintaining and updating interactive dashboards.
  • Coordinating projects and collaborating with stakeholders on various initiatives.
  • Educating and enabling users to effectively utilize data visualization tools.
  • Providing consultancy on data visualization and identifying process improvement opportunities.

About You

Ideal candidates should have:

  • Hands-on experience and expertise in Power BI dashboard development and maintenance.
  • Advanced skills in Power Query Editor, DAX functions, and Power BI Development (Desktop).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Database and Excel.
  • Exposure to data analysis packages or databases like SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
  • Data science knowledge and a keen interest in developing business cases for machine learning is a plus.
  • Knowledge of back-office systems such as SAP, Workday, or eBuy/Coupa is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Lean.

Additionally, candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field such as computer science, mathematics, engineering, statistics, or a related discipline. Fluency in English is essential.
