Key Responsibilities
- Tableau Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Translate business requirements into visual reports that offer actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reports.
- SQL Data Warehouse Management:
- Manage and maintain the SQL data warehouse.
- Pull, normalize, and integrate data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data warehouse performance, security, and scalability.
- Advanced Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Reporting:
- Design and create advanced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and financial reports.
- Work with finance and operations teams to understand reporting needs and offer comprehensive solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate RCM and financial data reporting.
- In-House Tools and Websites:
- Create and maintain internal tools and websites using platforms like Retool.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure fluid functionality.
- Provide support and enhancements based on user feedback.
- AI Automation Tasks:
- Research and implement AI automation solutions.
- Develop and deploy AI-driven tasks on both OSX and Windows environments.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain Selenium and other Python tools for automating data entry, extraction, and analysis.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, SQL database management, and Tableau report development preferred.
- Proven expertise in RCM and financial reporting and data visualization.
- Experience with tools like Retool for creating internal applications.
- Interest in AI and automation technologies.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience managing data warehouses.
- Knowledge of Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with RCM and financial reporting standards and practices.
- Experience with AI tools and technologies, particularly for automation.
- Competence in using both OSX and Windows for development and deployment.
- Programming skills in languages such as Python or R are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
We are pleased to share that the annual base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $85,000. At Goodside Health, your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We believe in pay equity and consider internal equity among our current team members when making offers.
